CERTIFIED 500HR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Like you, I experience the stress of a busy personal and work life.

Historically, particularly during my corporate career, the collective life demands frequently left me physically and mentally depleted.  I knew I needed to do something to create better balance in my life. My health was at risk.

I looked to yoga as one form of activity to help release my tight muscles and unwind my mind. Unexpectedly, I found that it was the "one" activity that provided me with the balance I was seeking.

As a certified 500hr Instructor, my goal has been to help others bring together body and mind through yoga principles.

As my practice grew, I explored various types of yoga styles.  I learned about the active (yang) types for endurance and strength, then, the stiller types (yin) that work on releasing the deep connective tissues and stilling the mind.  Ultimately, I found the mixture that nurtures my body and taught me how to still my mind on and off the mat.

I am passionate about sharing yoga practices with you through gentle movement, breath and meditation to help you find the  yoga practice that brings you balance and peace either online or in studio.

Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle?
